In this election Rachel E. Freier came in first with 41% of the vote which amounted to 4,925 votes. Jill Epstein came in second and obtained 35% of the vote which amounted to 4,245 votes. Other candidates included Morton M. Avigdor who obtained 24% of the vote which amounted to 2,935 votes. The total non-write-in votes in this election were 12,105.
