2009 City Council District 28 Democratic Primary

In this election THOMAS WHITE JR. came in first with 32% of the vote which amounted to 1,940 votes. LYNN NUNES came in second and obtained 32% of the vote which amounted to 1,936 votes. Other candidates included ALLAN W JENNINGS JR. who obtained 16% of the vote which amounted to 980 votes, and RUBEN WILLS who obtained 9% of the vote which amounted to 544 votes, and ROBERT A. HOGAN who obtained 6% of the vote which amounted to 362 votes, and STEPHEN S. JONES who obtained 5% of the vote which amounted to 275 votes. The total votes in this election were 6,039.
