In this election Carmen N. De La Rosa came in first with 53% of the vote which amounted to 4,485 votes. Guillermo Linares came in second and obtained 38% of the vote which amounted to 3,194 votes. Other candidates included George Fernandez who obtained 10% of the vote which amounted to 808 votes. The total non-write-in votes in this election were 8,487. This count does not include write-in's.
